The plot sizes, prices, titles and estate features published here describe our land as accurately as we can at the time of writing. Nothing on this website forms a contract or a binding offer to sell. A sale is created only by a signed agreement between you and Scotch Stone Holdings Limited.
Prices and availability change
Land prices quoted on this site are pre-launch or current-day prices for the land only. They exclude any building or development work. Plots sell, and prices are reviewed. Always confirm the standing price and availability with our sales desk before you make a payment.
Do your own due diligence
We publish the title held on each development, and we will give you the survey plan and title documents to inspect. We encourage every buyer to have those documents reviewed by their own lawyer and to inspect the land in person or on film before paying anything. Do not pay money to any individual account or to anyone claiming to represent us without confirming it directly with our office on the numbers published on this site.
Proposed developments
Where this website describes buildings, facilities or development that has not yet been built, it is labelled as proposed. Proposed work is a plan, not a promise, and it is not included in the price of the land.
Photography and film
Photographs and films on this site were taken on our own sites. They show the land as it was on the day of filming, and site conditions change as development progresses.
